How can I request a Verification of Mortgage?
Please reach out to the servicing department directly at info@hilltopcapitalllc.com.
How can I obtain year end interest statements?
Email info@hilltopcapitalllc.com to obtain a full-year summary of payments made.
How to request a Payoff Quote?
Email info@hilltopcapitalllc.com to request a payoff quote. If the request is not made by the borrower directly, include an executed authorization letter.
Turnaround time is 2-3 business days. However, if you need an expedited payoff, Hill Top Capital can rush the request for a fee.
How to request a Lien Release?
Hill Top Capital LLC will prepare and send lien release documents directly to the borrower and/or title agent to record the satisfaction in the county where the property(ies) reside.
Email info@hilltopcapitalllc.com and include contact details for party responsible for recording the lien release.
Lien Releases will be sent 45 days after full payoff.
What happens if I encounter financial hardships or receive a Notice of Default?

How to request a Construction Draw?
The Loan Servicing department manages draw administration, procedures may be found via the draw request page.
How is the Prepaid Interest collected at loan closing applied to payments?
Interest reserve will be applied according to the Prepaid Interest Reserve Agreement executed at closing.
The prepaid interest reserve balance is reflected in your billing statement. Refer to the attached PDF for more information.
What happens if I need more time to secure financing/pay off my loan?
Refer to your loan agreement to assess available extension options. Contact info@hilltopcapitalllc.com as soon as possible to request an extension. Be sure to include your expected exit plan (e.g. status of refinancing, sale, etc.).
